Application Form | Schedule | Spring 2014 After School Programming | Letter to Participants
During the 2014 Inter-Club season, all players that participate will be sent a 2014 schedule and membership information in late fall of this year. The fee for 2014 will be a minimum donation of $330.00 to The Larry Gilbert Foundation. The foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation; therefore, $75.00 of the $330.00 can be a tax deduction.
Membership ($330) includes a one-time cost that allows players to play in all scheduled Inter-Club events, and a player's packet. At each event, participants will be introduced to one of the The First Tee Nine Core Values or The First Tee Nine Healthy Habits. The 14 and Above division will play 18 holes (shotgun start) and the 13 and Under division will play 9 holes (shotgun start). Players will be responsible for keeping score, behaving responsibly, and having fun!
In the player's packet, each registered participant will receive:
- Individual BlueGolf On-Line Profile
- Bag Tag
- Poker Chip Ball Marker
- GHIN handicap service
- LGF/FTL Towel
- KGA Junior Kentucky Golf Members Program Membership
- LGF/FTL Ball Mark Tool Repair
- The First Tee program membership
Besides the fore mentioned objectives of the tour, a few criteria for eligibility are: (1) affiliation with one of the courses or clubs that participate in the program; (2) in the 14 to 18 age group, a 2014 high school graduate and below; in the 13 and under division, age to be determined by June 1, 2014; (3) in both groups, ability to walk and maintain pace of play; and (4) membership in The Larry Gilbert-Dave Bunnell Foundation Inter-Club Tour for 2014.
